5 minutes
2 tablespoons fig balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
combine all ingredients in a mason jar, screw on lid and shake very well....until thoroughly combined. if you do not have a jar with a lid, combine all ingredients except oil in bowl. whisk in oil until combined.
i really like using the fig balsamic vinegar but you could certainly use a high quality balsamic in place if you cannot find it. i think i found mine at tj maxx or marshalls. ;)
welcome! as a working mom with more on my to-do list than time in the day, i know how hard it can be to motivate one's self to cook a nutritious meal, but it is an important part of staying healthy. most of my recipes are pretty easily converted to vegetarian, so substitute away.....and enjoy.
